Whilst we don't want you to cancel your booking we do understand that circumstances change and that even the best laid plans can go out of the window.

We do not take payment for your booking until the day of arrival, therefore if you cancel any time up to 24 hours in advance of the day of arrival you will not be charged a penny. Please be aware though that if you do not let us know in plenty of time and it goes past 24 hours before your due arrival date we will charge you for the first night's accommodation as the chances are that we could have let the room to someone else in the meantime.

We think that being open and clear is only fair, so please remember that if you do unfortunately have to cancel then you do need to call us 24 hours before the stated day of arrival...and if you do- everything will be fine!
